Italian pre-cooked pork shank - Heat in the oven to 180 degrees
- Only ITALIAN national meat, from pigs born, reared and slaughtered in Italy.
- Gluten free
Remove the shank from the bag and place it in an oven pan.
Preheat the oven to 180-190° C before inserting and finish cooking for 20/30 minutes. Don't add salt.
If you prefer it boiled, dip the sealed bag in boiling water and let it boil for about 25/30 minutes.
Any broth is formed naturally during cooking.
If the aluminum bag or the product are accidentally damaged, for example loss of the vacuum, it is recommended not to consume the product and to return it to the supplier for replacement.
